Arrival by train
The nearest train stations are located in Wittlich, Traben-Trarbach, Trier and Koblenz. From there, bus connections are available to Bernkastel-Kues. The main transport hub is the Kues Forum bus stop, from where your hotel is just a few minutes’ walk away. Regular bus services also stop directly at the hotel, including connections towards Wittlich, Daun, Traben-Trarbach, Neumagen-Dhron and Veldenz. Parking facilities at the arrival location
Parking spaces and an EV charging station are available at the JUFA Hotel for a fee (approx. €3.00 per day). You will receive detailed information about the parking options at the hotel booked for you with the detailed travel documents two weeks before the start of your journey.
Condition of cycle paths
The quality of the bike tail is very good. There are practical no unpaved or poorly developed path. The route runs almost exclusively on paved roads and is very well signposted. Some of the tours also lead into the Moselle’s side valleys and include a number of climbs. We therefore recommend using an e-bike for a more comfortable cycling experience.
Extra costs which are not included in the travel price
Any tourist tax not listed in the included services, charging fees for bicycle batteries and the Radlerbus (biker bus) for the Maare-Mosel cycle path Bernkastel-Kues - Daun (approx €22.00) are not included in the tour price and must therefore be paid at the hotel.

Passport and visa requirements
For EU citizens, there are no special passport or visa requirements and no health formalities to be considered for this trip.
Travel insurance
The tour price already includes the statutory insolvency insurance. In addition, we recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance upon receipt of your travel confirmation in order to protect yourself against financial disadvantages in the event of travel cancellation, interruption of travel, illness or accident.
