Tour
Look forward to Rostock or Warnemünde, the starting point for your cycling trip through the Danish island.
You can cycle to the ferry port in Rostock on your own. From there, the Scandlines ferry (included) will take you to Gedser on the island of Falster in Denmark in just two hours. Now your cycling tour really begins! On the Danish side, you can enjoy the beautiful route over dykes and through small woods along Falster's most beautiful beaches. On the way to Nykøbing, artisans, small galleries, and small museums are waiting to be discovered by you.
Your cycle route continues along the picturesque Guldborgsund strait to the island of Zealand. Your destination is Næstved, one of Denmark's oldest towns. On the way, it's worth making a detour to the magnificent Gavnø Castle, where history, art, and nature merge in a unique way. The extensive castle park impresses with over 1.2 million flowers, a fragrant rose garden, and rare plant and tree species. In the vicinity of Næstved, BonBon-Land and the Living Glass Museum are also worth a visit - both exciting destinations for young and old alike.
Today, your journey continues northwest through the countryside along the Great Belt. Beautiful beaches and dune landscapes characterize the area around the vacation and fishing village of Kaerebaeksminde. Here you can enjoy a wonderful atmosphere with beach life, campsites, restaurants, and cafés. The fishing and town museum takes you through the history of the place. There are art galleries with changing exhibitions in Kaerebaekstorp. The journey then continues inland to your next stop in the interior of the country. Overnight stay in Sorø, Ringsted, or the surrounding area.
Today, your bike tour takes you to the picturesque coastline and tranquil fjords around Roskilde. First, you follow the Isefjord, then the Roskildefjord, where wide expanses of water alternate with gentle shore landscapes. In Roskilde itself, you will find the impressive cathedral, the resting place of numerous Danish kings and queens. The Viking Ship Museum offers a special experience – here you can even row or sail across the fjord in replicas of the historic ships and immerse yourself in the world of the ancient Norsemen. Overnight stay in Roskilde or the surrounding area.
On the last leg of your journey, you will cycle leisurely back to the lively Danish capital of Copenhagen. Enjoy the last few kilometers of your trip before stopping at one of the charming cafés in the afternoon. Over a cup of coffee and a piece of wienerbrød, you can reflect on your cycling trip from Rostock to Copenhagen at your leisure.
Today, Copenhagen is the focus of your trip. The best way to explore the Danish capital is by bike - the most popular mode of transportation here - and take advantage of the excellent network of bike paths. If you prefer to walk, stroll to colorful Nyhavn, visit the famous Little Mermaid, or wander along the bustling Strøget shopping street. A detour to the traditional Tivoli, one of the oldest amusement parks in the world, is also worthwhile.
Return on your own. From Copenhagen to Gedser to the ferry to Rostock there are several daily train connections (approximately 2 hours).

Any tourist tax and charging fees for bicycle batteries are not included in the tour price and must therefore be paid at the hotel.
